Do I have to be fit to start?

You absolutely do not need to be fit before you join The Training Club. This is one of the biggest misconceptions of our club as people see our mens transformations months and years into their journey with us without seeing their starting positions. We urge you to be inspired by this and know that you to can do the same.All we ask of you is that you come with an open mind and willingness to grow. Effort is the only currency

I’ve never exercised before due to my disability or injury. Can I still join?

Of course! Our team welcomes beginners and will guide you step-by-step to help build confidence, strength, and mobility at a pace that’s right for you.

What is the Physique Accelerator?

The Physique Accelerator is a 8-Week Transformation Program our signature in-house initiative designed to help men achieve the best shape of their lives. It combines personalised training,a comprehensive educational portal, and an accountability group to support you every step of the way. This a comes included in your membership on completion of you’re 6 week challenge.
